Makassar - Mempunyai tinggi tubuh 163 cm serta berat tubuh meraih 80 kg, Hijrahwati Baco atau Ira (22) mengakui tidak yakin diri. Ia bahkan juga kerap dikatakan sebagai 'ibu-ibu' lantaran badan gemuknya itu. Pada akhirnya ia juga mengambil keputusan untuk mengaplikasikan gaya hidup sehat, satu diantaranya dengan konsumsi jeruk nipis serta madu sebelumnya tidur. Alhasil berat tubuhnya juga turun jadi 60 kg kurun waktu 8 bln.. Tersebut cerita dietnya, seperti ditulis pada Jumat (7/8/2015) : Umur saya masihlah 21 th., namun saya terasa tubuh saya terlihat seperti ibu-ibu. Terlebih saya kerapkali di panggil dengan sebutan 'tante' oleh beberapa orang yang usianya lebih tua dari saya. Mengakibatkan, terkadang saya terasa risi dengan keadaan ini. Saya jadi menginginkan menurunkan berat tubuh. Semuanya langkah telah pernah saya cobalah, dari mulai minum obat pelangsing, minum jamu yang rasa-rasanya begitu pahit hingga bikin saya muntah-muntah, namun tidak ada yang sukses serta saya malah terasa tersiksa. Pada akhirnya saya cobalah baca-baca cerita Diet Experience di detikHealth dari rekan-rekan yang sukses menurunkan berat tubuhnya. Saya coba ikuti beberapa cara mereka seperti berolahraga, makan teratur, bahkan juga hingga membiasakan diri minum jeruk nipis hangat dipadukan dengan madu sebelumnya tidur. Alhamdulillah sesudah ikuti beberapa cara itu berat tubuh saya telah turun dari 80 kg jadi 60 kg sepanjang 8 bln.. Ahli menyampaikan pemicunya mungkin saja berat Badan yang berlebihan. dr M Nurhadi Rahman, SpOG dari RSUP Dr Sardjito Yogyakarta menyampaikan berat Badan memanglah terkait dengan siklus haid atau menstruasi. Bila berat Badan berlebihan, ada peluang siklus haid jadi tak teratur, terkadang datang setiap bln., terkadang untuk tidak sebagian bln.. Kegemukan bisa jadi datang bln. yg tidak teratur. Sel telur yang kecil-kecil yang mengakibtkan ketidak seimbangan hormon yang mengakibatkan datang bln. yg tidak teratur. Keadaan ini dimaksud polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), papar dr Nurhadi dalam pembicaraan dengan detikHealth serta ditulis Jumat (6/11/2015). PCOS adalah tidak seimbangan hormon yang mengganggu system reproduksi wanita. Kista-kista kecil yg tidak beresiko ada didalam indung telur yang bikin produksi hormon badan wanita tak seimbang, termasuk juga produksi hormon androgen yang berlebihan. Nah pada wanita pengidap PCOS, produksi estrogen menyusut serta produksi androgen (hormon lelaki) bertambah. Pria yang akrab disapa dr Adi ini menyampaikan keadaan itu tak memerlukan penyembuhan namun masih tetap mesti di perhatikan. Menurunkan berat Badan mesti jadi prioritas paling utama. Langkahnya sudah pasti dengan lakukan pergantian pola hidup untuk kurangi berat Badan. Untuk wanita gemuk, ingin tidak mau mesti menurutkan berat Badan. Minimum sebulan turun 1-2 kg-lah, namun disertai dengan berolahraga. Pokoknya merubah pola hidup, katanya. Namun jika telah merubah pola hidup serta masihlah saja alami datang bln. tak teratur dianjurkan untuk berobat ke dokter, ujarnya lagi.
